About Andrew

A space where you feel truly seen

Andrew White is a compassionate Practicum Student at Let'sTalk! Counseling, currently pursuing his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas at Dallas. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings over four years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD to foster growth, learning, and independence.

Andrew works with individuals ages 10 and up, helping them build an enriching life grounded in their own values and goals. He supports clients navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, stress, and life transitions, meeting each person with patience, curiosity, and genuine acceptance.

“Creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who they are.”

His approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy techniques, giving clients practical tools to work through challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.

As part of the neurodivergent community himself, Andrew brings lived understanding to his work, creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who they are.

Outside of his professional life, Andrew is a proud father to his baby boy, who constantly reminds him to appreciate the little things that bring joy to life. He is also passionate about all things nerdy, including Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and anime.
