Sherry Nasta is an empathetic and seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor at Let’sTalk! Counseling. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University (SMU), bringing a wealth of expertise to her practice.

Sherry’s extensive professional journey encompasses trauma therapy, couples counseling, EMDR, and Level 2 Gottman Training. She is deeply committed to providing effective support for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on improving communication within relationships. Her specialization in couples counseling includes addressing issues like infidelity, loss of connection, and financial infidelity, while her family counseling expertise dives into dynamics within families.

Outside her professional life, Sherry cherishes time with her spouse and two kids, and shares her home with their beloved dog. Her warm and empathetic nature, combined with her clinical proficiency, makes her an invaluable member of the Let’sTalk! Counseling team.
